Justin Raimondo escribe sobre Irán, la “amenaza” que realmente supone y las ansias neocones de intervenir. Como siempre, provocativo y estimulante.
The Iranians just don’t get it. What they’re supposed to do in response to the superheated rhetoric coming out of Washington – and the full-scale dress rehearsals for a bombing raid on their country coming out of Israel – is cower, downplay their own military prowess, and hope for the best. But – no. Instead, Tehran is puffing up its chest, issuing hair-raising threats of its own – and even Photoshopping its military arsenal to make it look more fearsome.
En Taki’s Magazine escribe sobre Ahmadinejad:
[T]he sheer craziness of this guy is scary – especially if you’re an Iranian. After all, the US is sending in terrorist operatives, and daily threatening war, while a resolution calling for a blockade of their country is likely to be approved by the US Congress. So what does their President have to say?: “’I assure you that there won’t be any war in the future,’ Ahmadinejad told a news conference Tuesday during a visit to Malaysia for a summit of developing Muslim nations.”
Whatever Senor Ahmadinejad is smoking, I want some. In any case, this does nothing for his reputation as a hard-liner.
